Most
of the county is basin and range country with nearly all towns
in a broad valley between the Oquirrh Mountains on the east and
the Onaqui and Stansbury Mountains. The Great Salt Lake Desert
is in most of the western county. The Deep Creek Mountains are
the exception in the southwest corner. |
