Whats happening in Tooele

Tooele growing and growing and growing…

A residential building boom continues to sweep across Tooele Valley. As Overlake, Stansbury Park and the outskirts of Grantsville are on the brink of major housing projects, many more are in the works.
With the Saddleback development on the Lake Point bench, even more growth is expected.  With around 4,000 lots in the preliminary plans and less then 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, Saddleback will quickly become a prime building location.  For more information on the Saddleback development, feel free to contact us.

Tooele Tidbits

Lake Point Old Meeting House - In 1884 a new rock meeting house was completed by residents in the growing community of E.T. City. The name of the town was changed to Lake Point around 1923. The building was used for community meetings, church services and as a school. The adjacent school building was built later and served the community for many years.
